Wrong backend URIs on multiside

Hi,
on multisite installation in a subfolder, with a global admin domain for all sites, the autoptimize menu on top links to the wrong settings-page-uri.

On a installation like https://admin-page.tld/subfolder/multisite-name/ it should link to https://admin-page.tld/subfolder/multisite-name/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=autoptimize instead it links to https://admin-page.tld/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=autoptimize which leads to a 404. The menu link in the left is just fine.

The problem is: Autoptimize does additional change the URI of i.e. the edit links of posts and sites on the “/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=page” table so that they spare out the “/subfolder/multisite-name/” part of the edit link too. Maybe it changes this URI in general?

We really want to work with Autoptimize, because we could remove some other plugins for that, but this error makes it hard.

The link seems correct on my fresh multisite installation Sven (see URL of hovered over menu entry at the bottom of the screen)?

Same for edit post/ page links (AO does not change such URI’s);

Based on this I *think* something else is interfering?

Okay!

It comes with the installation of autoptimize, and goes with deinstallation so it was obvious for me that AO was the reason.

I’ll try to find the problem. Thank you for your help!

I already found it.

We have a plugin installed which manipulates the URIs (which is needed for us). There was a line that manupulates the admin URIs via add_filter( ‘admin_url’, … );.

I don’t know why this only sets in when AO is active. I commented this line and everything works fine.

Line 669 of domain_mapping.php. That is the Plugins-File. We had to change some functions to fit our needs, but the function in this case is untouched.
