Writing posts: Visual & HTML editor not working properly

    One of my blogs is still using WordPress 2.1.2. In the past I had no problem writing new posts, but now there’s no visual editor and the HTML editor offers nothing but the ability to type in text: no links, italics, boldface, or any other editing options.
