• Hi, I’m trying to write my own alt attributes for the images that I upload to my blog, and I’m trying to write one for the logo since I’ve read that it’s good for SEO purposes.

My site is http://www.sleepinglikealog.com, and I’d like the main logo there to have a different alt attribute, preferably “how to buy a mattress.”

No matter how many times I re-upload the image and write a new alt text for the image, something keeps “defaulting” the alt tag to “sleeping like a log” Is WordPress SEO doing this automatically?

I tried installing “SEO Friendly Images,” but that doesn’t seem to be working. Any advice?
