wpUserForm plugin error

    I am using the WP User Frontend plugin.

    It works when the shortcode [wpuf_edit] is used for user frontend submission. this displays a blank form.

    I need to edit an existing post. Where do I find the id?
    [wpuf_edit id = ???]
