WPTouch installation failure

    Hello,

    I’m new to WordPress development and this is my first post here. I reviewed posts for similar errors but didn’t find quite the information that I think will help. I get the following error message when trying to install WPTouch, whether from the Plugin Installer or from uploading a zip file:

    Downloading install package from http://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/wptouch.1.9.8.4.zip…

    Unpacking the package…

    Installing the plugin…

    Could not create directory. /home/content/18/11466618/html/wpossidento/wp-content/plugins/wptouch/

    Plugin install failed.

    Return to Plugin Installer

    I welcome your sage advice.
