Support » Plugins and Hacks » WPtouch and Mantra Theme – some posts are not displayed.

  • Hello!
I have a small problem with WPtouch. It is a great plug-in, but I`m having some problems with it.

Some of my posts are converted with WPTouch and they look great, but some of them are converted via the built-in Mantra mobile theme.
The mobile theme is disabled from mantra settings (but I think it was enabled when I posted them because of the last update).
    I have a HTC Desire – Android.
To give 2 examples – this is one of the posts that is displayed ok

and this is a recent posts that is not displayed by WPtouch

Any help or ideas would be really appreciated!
    Thank you!

  • We don’t see WPtouch enabled at those urls but we do see W3 Total Cache running. Caching plugins often serve cached desktop pages to mobile devices. To optimize those types of plugins, enter the user agents found under Advanced Options > Custom User-Agents to the “rejected user agents” areas in your caching plugin’s settings. Remember to clear your plugin, browser, and device caches before retesting.
