WPSS Simpley Survey plug-in problem

    I’m using:
    WordPress v. 3.2.1
    Atahualpa v. 3.6.7
    WPSS Simple Survey Extended plugin.

    Access to my ‘survey’ is restricted by a password: http://www.bespoke-group.co.uk/wordp…estionnaire-2/

    Whilst on my PC I am able to complete the survey as intended, on other computers on answering the first question wordpress/the plugin skips to the end, missing 36 (of 37) questions.

    Is this a problem with wordpress or the WPSS Simple Survey Extended plugin? Any ideas on a fix?
