    The website is not working properly:

    • Can’t visit my existing customer area (to view a license for the combo pack I purchased
    • Add-Ons/Extensions pages come up empty with ?task=down_for_maintenance showing in the URL
    • Unable to submit a support ticket

    This has been the case for at least a few days… Just wanted to make sure you are aware of this, and ask whether you know when things might be back to normal.

  • The website is working now, so I’m changing this topic to “resolved.” Thank you WP Online Store guys! 😉

    We have been having a great deal of trouble over the last few months (from about August 2013 through to Nov 2013) with the software which we use to license/download our plugins. We have over the last few days made some progress. It’s not perfect but we are getting there.

    We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
