WPO Tweaks Color Section Bug in Enfold-Theme

    Hello 🙂

    I use the Enfold theme (https://kriesi.at) for my WP site.

    After activating the WPO Tweaks plugin – which actually works great – the color section feature (https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/color-section) is faulty. Example: I just want to insert a simple green area at the end of a page. With the plugin activated, the area remains white. If I deactivate the plugin, everything works and I can add color-sections as normal.

    Maybe a cache problem?
    Color sections created before activation remain untouched and fine.

    I don’t use the Enfold Theme, but some clients has it active, so I can test it in their sites.

    Please, may you show me a capture of the issue? 🙂

    thank you for the quick reply. It might be easier if I could send you an email. It seems that’s not possible here. And on your website, I only found a contact form (I can’t attach images there). What’s the best way to send a message with images? You can also access my website, but it’s in German.

    A capture could be enough, and, excuse me but I cannot give support by email. It’s better here, because one response to one user can benefit others any other day

    Here’s a screenshot with the plugin deactivated. The area (just a simple color section) is visible.

    If I deactivate the plugin again, the area appears again. I hope this helps. Thanks in advance.

    I don’t know how the area is made, may you show me how do you add it inside the editor, not the result?

    You wrote that you have access to Enfold and can test it on client sites. It’s a simple element: see first Post: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/color-section. I can’t describe it or help any better.

    I’ve since started using a different plugin, so that issue has been resolved.

    Yes, I have access (limited) but I don’t know how the theme works nor his builder
