WPML & WooCommerce – Order Emails in Primary Language

Hello,

I have a website with four languages managed through WPML. The product layer options are correctly translated, but when an order is placed, the options in the order details and email are displayed in the customer’s selected language instead of the primary language.

For example, my primary language is Italian, but if a customer places an order in German, the new order email sent to the seller arrives in German instead of Italian. Additionally, in the WooCommerce order details, I would like these options to always be shown in Italian, regardless of the customer’s selected language.

How can I fix this?
