    Hello,

    my main website language is Italian and, as a message, I wrote:

    “Ci scusiamo per l’attesa.
    Saremo nuovamente online tra poche ore.”

    (“We apologize for the wait.
    We will be back online in a few hours. “)

    I found the ITA string using WPML and translated it (see the following picture):

    Unfortunately, the live website shows me the old message:

    “Sorry for the inconvenience.
    We will come with a new experience.”

    I cleaned the website and the browser cache, go in incognito mode: nothing.

    What’s the problem?

    Hi @scarpinoc,

    Sorry for the delay in response.

    Those texts coming from the options page cannot be translated by WPML.
    Which means, you can only use those texts in one language currently.
