Hello,

Can you help, please. I’ve added translation for Subscription, Activation, Welcome folders of SUBSCRIPTION CONFIGURATION, but it doesn’t work. All messages from Subscription, Activation and Welcome steps are displayed on the main language ignoring translations. Meanwhile, subscription form works correctly, subscribers go to the right list according the language.

Hi, translations can be set directly from the admin side of Newsletter. See more here: https://www.thenewsletterplugin.com/documentation/newsletters/multilanguage/

This is what I did. I’ve added translation on admin side. But it doesn’t work on front end

Hi, looking at your subscription form when the languaged is switched to russian, the form still has the hidden parameter forcing the language to english. Probably who coded the form forgot to change that or the plugin is not able to retrieve the language when the site is switched, but usually it works with wpml.
