WPML translation compability for admin options

Hi!

I’m using WP Splash Image plugin in a WPML translated website, but I cant find a way to translate the admin options to direct the users to the respective language pages.

I found that it is possible to translate this plugin with WPML String Translation by creating a file called wpml-config.xml as in: http://wpml.org/forums/topic/i-need-age-verify-for-both-language-of-my-site/

Can anyone please provide this file, or content, or alternative?
