 * Hi, I see that WPML is still not supported to sync ratings through languages
   despite this post status : [https://wordpress.org/support/topic/is-it-working-with-wpml/?replies=5](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/is-it-working-with-wpml/?replies=5)
 * So what to expect from here please. It’s so important to support this to be reliable!
 * best regards.

 * I don’t use WPML myself and I don’t have time to look into the integration, so
   unlikely it will be included anytime soon.
 * Feel free to fork the plugin [https://github.com/lesterchan/wp-postratings](https://github.com/lesterchan/wp-postratings)
   and add the support. If you do it, submit a pull request back and I will merge
   it into the core.

 * OK, finally it seems that I missed a precious setting on the Post pages where
   we can set the “multilingual content settings”. there it’s possible to :
    – not
   translate – copy >>> which seem to work for syncing values (ratings_average,
   ratings_score, ratings_users) – copy once – translate (which is a manual may
   to customize fields)
 * So for it seem that your plugin is then WPML-ready by it’s use of classic custom
   fields.
 * I probably also encountered some caching issues which look slightly complex to
   configure…
    But for the moment I have one more specific caching behavior for
   which I can’t explain what to expect for the user experience. It’s related to
   the browser caching, where the rating value looks to be stored. So when a user
   adds a star to the rating, he can see the values changing but when he reloads
   the page, the old values are displayed again. > How long does the browser cache
   those values ? and isn’t there a workaround to avoid that behavior to ensure
   real-time accuracy?
 * All best.
