    The issue is most likely on WPMLs end.

    As last time they want plugin developer to contact them as I would just be a proxy between. Would you mind checking into the problem with them?

    They only use email for development contribution for support it’s their public forum.

    Okay, they refer me to tell the developer to contact there anyhow. Had discussions with them to involve plugin developers to the tickets before. So I think it’s more efficient to go straight in there.

    In that case I’d recommend hiring a developer to assist you with the issues you’re having with WPML.
