WPML not showing strings and not shown tickers

    I’m setting up a multi-language site and the Ditty panel doesn’t show all the languages, it only lets you translate the title of the ticker.
    In the public part, only the tickers in the initial language are shown, for the rest a jquery error is shown in the console:
    Uncaught TypeError: $(…).ditty_ticker is not a function
