 * hi i am using a theme called echolake which uses custom post types for the portfolio.

   to make the site in french, english and german i use wpml, which works quite
   well for translating.
 * as french is the default language all the posts are updated in the right order
   in the front- and backend.
 * but the posts in other languages don’t update. the guys from wmpl are willing
   to help but the need your help too. please let me know how to fix this.
 * i also have the advanced version but still i cannot make it work and i found
   the free version so much better to look at 😉
 * best regards
    telemarker

 * Hi,
    If you use the Advanced Post Types Order plugin, you need to switch the
   language within the admin then create the required sort. The free version does
   not work with WPML. Remember to get in touch through contact at [http://www.nsp-code.com/](http://www.nsp-code.com/)
   for a faster response.
 * Thanks.

 * hi, i just switched to the simply custom post type order plugin.
    i can sort
   every language by my own directly in the custom post list. also the items change
   corectly in the custom post types navigation. my client is happy now!
