WPML & Multi Currency Support

    Hi,

    First of all, Thanks for your awesome plugin. I want to upgrade pro. But I wanted to learn something. I have wpml website. And I’m using multi-currency.

    I’m living in Turkey. My main currency of shop is TRY. But international shipping companies. Fedex & DHL prices are in EUR and UPS has a price in USD. As you know exchange rates are changing every day.

    Is there any way that we can select currency of each shipping rule. I’m working DHL-UPS-Fedex every of them has 10 different zones. I have 3 threshold for a single zone. So I have 30 rules. Daily prices are changing. I will freak out. (Nowadays Turkey’s economy is fragile)

    If you can do it, i want to upgrade.

    Hi Cihan,

    Sorry for the delay. Never received a notification about your post for some reason.

    The plugin doesn’t have a way to define a currency for a rule.

    There are a number of currency converter plugins available for WooCommerce, free and paid. They tend to have options to automatically update exchange rates. I believe some of them should work for you.

    Sorry I think I couldn’t tell my story.

    My website default currency is TRY

    I have WPML and my website supports USD, GBP, EUR (and default currency TRY)

    Fedex prices are in EUR
    UPS prices are in USD
    Turkish Post Service Prices is TRY

    I am also software developer. I have a snippet for updating exchange rates. I like your plugin. And it will be useful for us for different currency support for every shipping option.

    Now I am calculating everything in TRY. But exchange rates are changing. Every prices will be change I’m updating my prices.

    Well, the woocommerce_package_rates WooCommerce hook might work for you then. The idea is to provide WBS rates in any currency you need and then convert them appropriately in a woocommerce_package_rates hook handler.
