Our plugin doesn’t have an option to change the language of the review.

I meant that I did check if anything changes when plugin is deactivated. The answer is no. Problem is still the same. I guess a user made a review while browsing english version, but the review he left was in Lithunian.

the flag image is added by the WPML plugin, even after deactivating our plugin, it still displays in the reviews section. So please get in touch with WPML support and ask them to change the language of the review.
It is because WPML is active. I can not keep WPML deactivated all the time.

As you can see in your previous reply, after deactivating our plugin, the flag (language) of the review is still showing. That means it is not created by our plugin, so there is nothing to do with it.
