    Is plugin compatible with WPML media translation, which is duplicating records for translation? I have only 13 373 duplicates of shared files records, so it seems that WPML duplicates are ignored of filtered by language version 🙂

    Hi norbou,

    Thanks again for reaching out with this issue. We had a developer investigate and he provided this feedback:

    “WPML may duplicate database records for translation, but it does not duplicate image files. MDD is primarily designed to help you delete duplicate files, i.e. multiple copies of a given image that were uploaded separately — it’s not designed to delete translated records that share the same file.”

    Unfortunately it seems that MDD isn’t compatible with WPML media translation. Let us know if you have any other questions regarding Media Deduper.
