   the customers receive the invoices in her language?

   that the free version doesn’t support WPML. but the pro version has.

   WPML but you can not make an invoice with customer order language. It will generate
   invoices according to your default language. But we are working on generating
   invoices according to customer order language. Hope the feature will be available
   within next week.
