 * Hi I have got a lot of strings translated using WPML but the button I don’t find
   so I have two languages on the button, can you please help me figure out how 
   to change Add to Quote ?
 * Possibly is more areas I have not found that also need string translation.

 * I was able to get the strings loaded by re scanning the plugin and now the button
   labels work, using wpml string translation, I hope this helps someone else.
