 * I’ve got the pro version and the WPML.
    How is that possible to translate the
   labels and the placeholders?

 * I know this is a very late reply, but maybe I can still help
 * WPML is fully compatible with the plugin and translation should work.
 * Please debug as following if still can’t make it:
    -  Deactivate plugins one by one checking each time.
    -  Switch to Storefront theme and test
    -  Disable any custom scripts you might have
    - .
 * If nothing of this helped to identify origin of issue, you can translate manually
   using a CSS or PHP script
