WPML should be able to handle the post content themselves. If you’re referring to the labels for the post type/taxonomy settings, that’s one of the areas we’re kind of weak on because we store everything hardcoded in the database. We haven’t found a great way to expose those user-provided settings in an internationalization friendly way.
