# WPLMS addon broken

 * Hey guys! So, something is broken withe the BadgeOS addon with WPLMS? I got in
   contact with the WPLMS guys, but they assure me they didn’t create the addon.
   Right now, if a user does a requirement that has to do with WPLMS, like complete
   a course, the badge isn’t rewarded? Can you help me out here????

 * Not quite familiar with WPLMS and if we even have official support for it. We
   may, but the acronym isn’t looking familiar. Could you provide some links and
   more info?

 * It essentially adds things like course completion to an option in BadgeOS so 
   that I can reward users by completing courses. It seemed to be working fine, 
   then suddenly it stopped giving he badges. I’m guessing WPLMS or BadgeOS was 
   updated, and something broke.
 * I really have no idea who, though, is the one that can help. WPLMS support says
   it’s BadgeOS, but I mean I have no idea at this point??
 * I’m really hoping that even if this is not the right place to ask, you could 
   tell me where to ask at least??

 * That looks to be a 3rd party theme that was created by someone else. It’s not
   something Credly/BadgeOS released themselves. Sadly, because of that, I have 
   no knowledge about it. Looks like you’d need to get in contact with VibeThemes,
   but even worse is that they appear to be experiencing database errors on their
   website. I did manage to find [vibethemes@gmail.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/wplms-addon-broken/vibethemes@gmail.com?output_format=md)
   on their github profile, so that may help out a bit.
