wpforo location and time zone settings

    Thank you for wonderful plugin. I am using it with buddyx theme and buddyboss plateform. Presently I am facing one problem like a user whenever updates location and timezone it’s not getting saved. Please help.

    Hi @cacheout2,
    after updating the time zone or location and saving the profile, do you get a Pop-up message saying Profile Updated Successfully ?

    Thank you, no I don’t get any popup. it just returns to the same page.

    Go to Dashboard > Forums > Tools > Debug > Tables, you should see there are No Problems Found in Database or it shall show that you have problem in the database if there are problems press the fix button.

    Thank you @gvectorsdevs for your attention. I made a good decision by choosing wpFORO. like your plugin your service is also wonderful.

    Now I understood why it wasn’t updating location and timezone, actually while putting in location details, I didn’t entered the password thinking it’s not needed as I do not want to change it. But this time I put the password and it worked.
