 * Hi, I currently have my contact form disabled on a website but yet I am still
   getting weekly summaries suggesting the form is still being used …confused!

 * Thanks for reaching out. Sorry for the confusion.
 * I checked your Contacts page and can confirm that the form is no longer showing
   there, so it has been removed from the page.
 * Could you please check your latest weekly summary and let me know what it shows
   for that specific form? Does it show 0 new entries, or does it show that the 
   form received new entries?
 * If it shows 0 new entries, the form can still appear in the weekly summary because
   the summary includes forms that have received entries in the past, even if the
   form has since been removed from your site. So seeing the contact form in the
   summary doesn’t mean it’s currently active or being used.
 * If it shows new entries, could you please share a screenshot of the latest weekly
   summary email you received, making sure the date of the email and the entries
   count for that form are visible? This will help us understand what’s going on.
