   before posting.
 * **Do you have a paid license?** If you’re a customer, the fastest way to get 
   help is through our [support ticket system](https://wpforms.com/account/support/).
 * **Have you checked out our documentation?** We have extensive step-by-step [WPForms tutorials](https://wpforms.com/docs/)
   on our site that might answer your question.
 * For WPForms Lite (free version) users, we provide **limited support** here in
   the WordPress.org support forums. We typically respond here within _1-3 business
   days_.
 * In order to help us help you, please:
    - Describe the issue you’re encountering in as much detail as possible.
    - Provide the URL where the form is embedded or the issue is occurring.
