I have a free version of WPForms Lite.

It mentions that the Message sent by people contacting will be sent on the E-Mail Address registered.

But Only thing I see is a E-Mail showing below content

    Hi there!
Let’s see how your forms performed.

Below is the total number of submissions for each form, however actual entries are not stored in WPForms Lite. To generate detailed reports and view future entries inside your WordPress dashboard, consider upgrading to Pro.

    Hi @vaibhav2,

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues with email delivery.

To troubleshoot the issue, you can check your form notification settings using our tutorial.

If your notification settings are correct, the issue is likely due to server configuration issues, and/or strict email spam prevention settings that are wrongly detecting the notification emails as spam.

To resolve email delivery issues like this, you can configure a SMTP plugin on your site so that emails are sent as authenticated. We have an article with a list of recommended SMTP options and links to their setup tutorials.

    I hope this helps 🙂

    I received the same email.

I just went to my site and filled out the form as a user. The confirmation came up and I received an email (in my primary inbox) immediately, so there’s nothing wrong with the configuration, spam, or notification settings.

I guess I’m wondering 1) why haven’t I apparently received my nine entry emails, and 2) how can I view these retroactively without upgrading to pro?

    Hi @hillaryswetz,

Sorry to hear that you’re seeing email delivery issues! As email service providers use a variety of metrics to prevent spam, some notifications are received while others are not.

The best way that we know to ensure that notification emails are delivered is to configure a SMTP plugin on your site.

Some hosting providers do log emails that are sent out from the sites they host. So if you need to try and recover undelivered emails, the best next step might be to contact your site’s hosting provider to ask if they do this.

If you’d like more help with using WPForms Lite, please create a new post in our WPForms Lite support forum.

    Thanks!
