When you have sometime, can you please check that the From Email in WPForms Lite is the same as the From Email in WP Mail SMTP? Or you may also select ‘Force From Email’ in WP Mail SMTP. Here’s a screenshot for a quick reference.

It seems that you’re using the Other mailer in WP Mail SMPT settings. When you have some time, could you please try using the Gmail mailer which is more secure? Or, if you want to continue using the Other mailer please try to enable less secure apps and see how it goes. In case it helps, you can take a look at this tutorial for a quick reference.

I think there might be some confusion going on here. Resetting the WordPress password does not mean that the SMTP plugin will work properly. When you have some time, can you please give Gmail mailer a try and see how it goes?

That’s right! The Optimize Email Sending option should ideally be disabled. When you have sometime, please uncheck the Optimize Email Sending feature and test the form again.
