I apologize for any confusion!

I looked at your website, and analyzing the error message you’re getting it appears that your website might be on PHP version 8. Currently, WPForms isn’t compatible with PHP 8.0. Our development team is working to make it compatible and hopefully, it will be available in one of the future releases. However, due to some major changes in PHP 8.0, we are not able to provide an estimated time for its availability.

In the meantime, could you please reach out to your hosting provider to downgrade PHP?

Suddenly, it seems not to work. It is still working normally before.

Hello @dattai,

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues with email delivery.

To troubleshoot the issue, you can check that your form notification settings are configured correctly by following our tutorial.

If your notification settings are correct, the issue is likely because the emails sent from WordPress are not authenticated (unlike emails sent from dedicated email service providers). As a result, they are likely to be filtered by the receiving mail server.

To resolve email delivery issues like this, you can configure a SMTP plugin on your site so that emails are sent as authenticated. We have an article with a list of recommended SMTP options and links to their setup tutorials.

Though it’s outside the purview of support we can offer if you are facing issues with your WordPress website password, I think should get in touch with the hosting provider.

I don’t think there should be any issues with the WP Mail SMTP plugin if you’re configured the plugin properly.

When you have some time, could you please share some screenshots of your WP Mail SMTP settings and your WPForms notifications area? That will give me some idea if there’s an issue going on.
