 * The lite version should offer a limited amount of managed entries instead of
   allowing the data to go to waste. I wasn’t aware of this when adding the plug-
   in and it’s very misleading and frustrating for a business owner who is just
   starting out. Please offer at least a 50-150 minimum for us small fish still
   figuring out cost.

 * Hi [@dolahlah](https://wordpress.org/support/users/dolahlah/),
 * I’m sorry for the confusion and I really appreciate the feedback that you posted.
   I will definitely share your feedback with our team.
 * WPForms Lite does not store form submissions in WordPress, though you can certainly
   [set up form notification emails](https://wpforms.com/docs/setup-form-notification-wpforms/)
   to send form submission details to your preferred email address(es).
 * We do try to clarify this with the [entry page notice](https://a.supportally.com/BsGxe8)
   in Lite. However, please let me know if you have any other suggestions on how
   we can improve this.
 * That being said, please check your email inbox and spam folder(sometimes it can
   land there) to find your leads who submitted the form. And if you don’t find
   the submission there, that means you are probably facing an email delivery issue,
   you can check that your form notification settings are configured correctly by
   following our [tutorial](https://wpforms.com/docs/setup-form-notification-wpforms/).
 * If your notification settings are correct, the issue is likely because the emails
   sent from WordPress are not authenticated (unlike emails sent directly from dedicated
   email service providers). As a result, they are likely to be filtered by the
   receiving mail server.
 * To resolve email delivery issues like this, you can configure a SMTP plugin on
   your site so that emails are sent as authenticated. We have an article with a
   list of [recommended SMTP options](https://wpforms.com/docs/how-to-fix-wordpress-contact-form-not-sending-email-with-smtp/)
   and links to their setup tutorials.
 * In order to try recovering the lost leads, some hosting providers do log emails
   that are sent out from the sites they host. So if you need to try and recover
   undelivered emails, the best next step in trying to find records of previous
   entries is to contact your site’s hosting provider to ask if they do this.
 * I hope this helps!
