WpForms disappear

    Hi all,

    I’ve install wp forms and using a simple form to get a contact page.

    However, I’m facing an irritating issue. Without any kind of warning, the forn disappears. It regularly disappear, but I haven’t been able to trace back the exact reason.

    I am under the impression it could be related to the combination of new plugin updates with possibly W3 total cache. But the bug is difficult to reproduce, though it happens very often.

    Any idea?

    Could you let me know when the form disappears from the frontend of on your site, is it available in the WPForms Lite plugin in the WordPress admin area?

    Hi Ethan,

    Absolutely. Actually, what I usually do when the WPforms contact page disappears, I go to WPform admin area to create a new form.

    Sorry not to give much info about the bug, but I haven’t been able to find what cause the issue. I suspected the cache initially, but after many tests it seems it’s not related to any cache plugin.

    Thanks for the details!

    It definitely sounds like an odd issue. You may want to check that WordPress and WPForms Lite plugin are up to date (WordPress is currently at version 5.3.2 while WPForms Lite is currently at version 1.5.9.1). Also, WPForms currently requires PHP version to be 5.5 or higher.

    To further troubleshoot the issue, you can set up error logging for your site. If you encounter the issue again, you can check if there are any error messages and share it with us.
