 * I love my Email Subscribers plugin from Icegram.
 * I was wondering if the plugin can connect to WPForms? It would be nice if it 
   could sync with it.

 * Thank you for contacting Icegram Customer Care.
 * We already support WP Forms. You simply have to create a [Workflow](https://www.icegram.com/automate-workflow-and-reduce-chaos/)
   as instructed in the article and contacts will automatically be synced to Email
   Subscribers on every form submission using WP Forms.
     It is a two step process
   and you don’t need any additional settings. After you create the Workflow, you
   can use the WP Forms’ form, however you want and the basic contact details on
   every form submission will automatically be imported to Email Subscribers.

 * I’m sorry! I forgot to add that the triggers required for form integration are
   available with subscription plans starting from Email Subscribers Starter.

 * I tried again, yesterday, after your first reply, but still couldn’t understand/
   or get the forms to integrate.
 * Thanks for the update re needing triggers.
 * I don’t know where to find the triggers (I do have a lifetime plan already bought).

 * You simply have to create a Workflow under **Email Subscribers > Workflows**
