    Hi All-
I am running into an issue where my WPForm submission is correctly triggering my recipe; however, the recipe does not actually change the user role.

The specific recipe is as follows:
    Trigger- A user submits “Form A” 1 time(s)
Action- Change the user’s role to “user_role_type”

When I check the recipe and action log, this recipe fires fine and the action “status” is Complete. However, the user role never actually changes. I’m hopeful for support to identify this information gap because this seems like it should be a fairly simple situation.

    Thank you

Hi @supportteam2020 , sorry to hear about the issue.

Our team did want to confirm what roles you were using in your test and also what versions of WPForms you’re using. And are you using any plugins to add support for multiple roles per user?

We ran a test case on our site with the latest version of WPForms Lite and a user not not linked to admin roles and it worked as expected. (We do intentionally exclude admin users from the role change action because it could produce some bad results.)

Hi @supportteam2020 , it’s been about 3 weeks since the last update, so we’ll go ahead and close this now, but let us know if you’re still seeing any issues.
