• Dear support

we detected a issue with Internet Explorer and WPFC ( we use pro version ) while active – if WPFC is active our page freeze while loading in Internet Explorer. If we deactivate Plugin site loads normally.

Is there any known issue/ reason?

You can exclude the user-agent of IE11 as below.

    Dear Emre

Thank for your advice. But there is no caching anymore for IE users? On long term there is another solution available?

    Thanks for your help Marc

Don’t worry about it. IE usage is just 2.87%
We don’t think adding a solution for it because IE is too bad.

Actually in Norway it is about 18.36% for desktop users 🙁
    btw. Same issue.

According to our website stats from Statcounter.com, about 10% of our users browse with IE11. I agree that it’s probably the worst browser option available, but users that are not so tech savvy will continue to use it as long as it is embedded in the Windows OS out of habit. For now, I will exclude it, but I am disappointed that you don’t find it worth your time to address.

Lazy Load does not work with IE11. IE11 does not support some javascript functions.

I will let you know when I fix it.

Here, the same issue. Client reported to us that couple of his clients still use IE and home page freezes whole browser. When we tested in IE11, the freeze occurs.

It is so annoying that people still use this trash browser.
