site is back online, it was due to server maintenance action.
I have been trying to get on website for support – its down as at posting time
Still down at 1100 BST, with plugin updates etc from the WP dashboard also affected.

Extremely sorry for your inconvenience, it was an issue with hostgator server maintenance. They seems took almost 8 hours to fix their issue. Server is now back online, also, we are clearing a mirror at Amazon now to avoid such a downtime in future.
It’s partially back, but not loading CSS (plenty of “Failed to load resource: net::ERR_CERT_DATE_INVALID” errors) and the plugin update fails with an error “PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10): Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature”.
fully okay now, please apply the license key again before try the update
That hasn’t fixed it. However, it looks like a different issue so I’ll raise it in the Pro support forum on your site rather than divert this thread. (Assuming I can’t sort it out myself.)
