wpDiscuz – No Captcha on Page Comments

There is no wpDiscuz form on Testimonials page.
Please, navigate to Dashboard > Comments > Forms, edit the default form and set it for all post types you want.

Hi,
So I have installed wpDiscuz to enhance the comments section of the website, however I have a comments section within a page (Testimonials page) that is not displaying in the same way as the comments section of a post.
The main problem is that there is no ‘captcha’ on the in-page comments section, whereas there is on a post.
Can anyone help with this?
