When I tried to get it to do a test it failed and gave the following error Class “WPCode_File_Cache” not found Could you please let me know what I need to do to configure it so that WPVibe/Claude can create and edit the code sippets? Thank you.Claude told me: * **Root cause, found precisely:** I was able to pull the actual PHP exception via one of WPCode’s diagnostic abilities. It’s a fatal error: * `Class "WPCode_File_Cache" not found` * That class simply doesn’t exist in the WPCode Lite version installed on your site (v2.3.8 — which I checked, and that’s actually the current latest free version, so this isn’t an “update the plugin” fix). Whatever code path WPVibe uses to write a snippet (and, it turns out, to run _any_ WP-CLI command at all — I tested a completely unrelated read like `option get blogname` and it hit the identical fatal) calls that missing class without checking it exists first. So right now, through WPVibe, both snippet creation/editing and the WP-CLI tool are broken on this site — everything else (posts, pages, WooCommerce, Elementor, file read/ search, content search-and-replace) is working normally. * My best read is that `WPCode_File_Cache` is a class WPVibe expects from a WPCode feature that either belongs to WPCode Pro rather than the free Lite version you have, or there’s a version-compatibility gap in WPVibe’s integration — I couldn’t confirm which from public docs, so I don’t want to overstate it. * What I’d suggest: report this to WPVibe support with the exact error text above( and this operation id: `op_9e62622420764b4b`, timestamped today) — it’s a clean, reproducible bug report for them, and they’ll know immediately whether it needs WPCode Pro or a fix on their side. The free WPCode plugin is the right one. WPCode_File_Cache is part of Lite. It just is not loaded on REST requests, which is how WPVibe talks to the site. That is why snippet writes and WP-CLI both fatal with that class missing, while posts and content edits still work. * I am treating this as a bug on our side and will get a plugin fix out so those paths load (or skip) that class safely first thing tomorrow. * Until then you can still add or edit snippets in wp-admin under Code Snippets. Everything else in WPVibe should keep working as it is now. WordPress.org holds new versions for roughly a day before pushing them to auto-updates, so if you want it right away, go to Plugins > Add New, search for WPVibe, and install it from there (or upload the zip from [https://wordpress.org/plugins/vibe-ai/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/vibe-ai/)). Otherwise it will show up as a normal update within about 24 hours. * For the record, the fatal only happens when WPCode’s Error Logging setting is on and one of your active snippets emits a PHP warning on a request outside wp- admin. So if you want a stopgap before updating, turning off Error Logging under Code Snippets > Settings also makes it go away. It is worth checking that snippet at some point too, since it is the one producing the warning. * Once you are on 1.15.4, snippet creation and editing through Claude should work normally.
