# WPCloudy & WordPress Transients – not refreshing

 * Hi there,
    This [plugin](http://www.wpcloudy.com/) is not refreshing it data,
   I’ve been in touch with the developer & he mentioned it makes use of the [WordPress Transients API](http://codex.wordpress.org/Transients_API)–
   is there some way I can exclude this from W3 Total Cache so I don’t have this
   issue (if I purge the widget from the cache it refreshes – so it’s obviously 
   a caching issue). Many thanks, Jas
