 * Hello,
 * I’m trying to access with a get from postman the forms I created but I’m getting
   this error:
 *     ```
       {
        code: "wpcf7_forbidden",
        message: "You do not have the necessary rights to access the contact forms.",
        data: {
        status: 403
            }
       }
       ```
   
 * Anyone know how to help me?

 * You have to be [authenticated](https://developer.wordpress.org/rest-api/using-the-rest-api/authentication/)
   as user with `wpcf7_read_contact_forms` capability to access this end-point.
