To clarify:
Because it takes quite long to reload the page after a user changes the number of players (the product), users click on ‘add to basket’ before the page has reloaded. And as a result they often order the wrong product (not for the right number of players).
The reason it takes long is also because cacing is not working on the site because the WP Clever plugins block this.
Does it take a premium version to be able to use caching maybe? Your products are really great, so please let me know, thanks
Hi @eigenwijsheid ,
Our plugins doesn’t support caches since the saved caches might prevent the site from displaying the real-time stock and stock status of subproducts inside smart bundles. There are many reports of the incorrect stock counts and out-of-stock items being ordered in smart bundles due to the caches database.
Indeed, saving caches can help sites load faster, however, it can cause issues when it comes to stocks, countdown clocks, timers and other elements that need to be updated in the real time to prevent order issues. That’s why our plugins doesn’t support caches.
Best regards.
Hi Janilyn, thanks for your reply.
I understand but i still have 2 questions:
1. The WP Clever plugins block chaching for the entire site, not just the pages with products. How can I adjust this?
2. Is there a way to speed up the reloading of the product pages when buyers adjust the product and the page needs to reload? I already have Siteground hosting and a simple product page, but it is very slow.
Hope you can help, thank you
Hi, would you please reply to my last message? I am sure your the WP Clever plugins aren’t meant to block caching on the entire website they are installed on?
I have had users test my site and they say it takes too long for a page to reload after choosing the desired product options.
If a license makes it faster, let me know, I’ll buy one.
