# [Plugin: WPBook lite] – access token error

    I’m getting this error when I try to generate an access token in the
   grant permissions part of the setup:

   WP Error is name lookup timed out

 * Name lookup timed out means that when WordPress went to go get your token from
   facebook, the DNS on the server did not resolve [http://www.facebook.com](http://www.facebook.com).
 * It’s a server setup problem – WordPress needs to be able to make a call to facebook
   to retrieve your OAuth token.
