    I’m having a problem with my directory with new subscribers. When they complete the application and payment via PayPal, I’m getting the payment but not the application. I have tested it myself and the application did not appear. No error message appeared.

    From the Directory Admin, when I click on Payment History, I get this message:

    This site can’t be reached
    The webpage at might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

    Any suggestions?

    Can you tell me a bit more?
    – What version of WP are you running here?
    – What exact version of BD? (number, please)
    – Have you tried a conflict test yet? Theme and plugin conflicts are very common in WordPress, and a conflict test is used to help determine the cause of the issue. Here is an article about how to test for theme and plugin conflicts with Business Directory, which may help pinpoint the issue:

    Before doing a conflict test, it is a best practice to take a backup of your site before beginning or to do the test on a staging site, in case any settings are changed during the process.
