wpautop setting persistence in Customizer

    I am using WP Edit in conjunction with Customize Posts plugin (which gives content editing capability in Customizer). Before heading to them, I would like to know if this is related to WP Edit: disable wpautop [checked] does not replicate in Editor in Customizer for the respective Page, through Customize Posts. Thanks in advance!
