    I noticed the following point, latest version:
 * **WPALLBK_PLUGIN_URL undefined**
    Found the constant WPALLBK_PLUGIN_URL in /includes/
   admin_header_notification.php, line 93. I expect **WPDB_PLUGIN_URL** which is
   defined in wp-database-backup.php.
