 * This DB is 157.8 mb by far the largest on my site.
 * I’ve un-installed Wordfence but the database is still there. Am I able to delete
   it or empty it with out risking my site?

 * Yes, you can delete the Wordfence database if you’ve removed the plugin. For
   future reference, when you disable Wordfence there is an option to clear all
   table data which will remove all of the database tables.
 * Hope that helps,
    Brian
