wp_upload_dir() in multisite

    Hi Weston, Ryan,

    I have trouble showing userphoto_thumbnail() -or userphoto()- in a multisite (network) environment.
    The users in this network are available in all sites on the network, so when a user is updating his/her photo, this photo is put in the uploaddir of the -at that moment- current site.
    On all other sites, the uploaded picture is not shown, since the url of the picture uses the “wrong” uploaddir.

    Is there a way to work around this?
