Wp_rewrite

Hi, I’m having problem with the wp_rewrite.
I need to change the url of my website,
the htaccess is working but it does not work when placed inside the plugins.
Can you guys provide me a simple sample of wp_write.

for example change this url

eduedu/wp-content/plugins/workwork/admin/templates/tcpdf/samp/flash.php

to

eduedu/generator
