wp_posts table too large

    Hi, I have an issue with creating a page with Greenshift.

    I have only created one page with the Gutenberg page builder and the wp_posts table has ballooned to over 100 MB. The markup for the page is also very bloated, with sometimes hundreds of the same css rule on the page.

    I am developing on a fresh wordpress install on Bluehost (with their wonderblocks gutenberg blocks also installed).

    Hi. Greenshift saves only css in database, it’s just few kb. On your screenshot it’s clear that you have problem with revisions and it doesn’t have anything related to GS. Just clean revisions and install plugin or snippet which disables revisions

    about duplicated code, this is also not normal. Maybe you copy blocks and put same in different template parts? You can try to enable GS settings – css management-merge styles

    Hi Ilia,

    thanks for your reply. You were completely right about the wp_posts issue – it was too many revisions.

    However, I’m still having the issue with the repeated css code. I have read other tickets here and I have tried the solutions you have suggested elsewhere, such as enabling merged styles. I’m not copying any code blocks, I’m just creating and configuring blocks in the normal way, from fresh each time. Have a look at my settings in the attached images. Any help will be appreciated.

    Wait, according to your screenshots, I have feelings that you put Accordion Element block on page, but then, instead of adding new items inside this accordion, you copied whole accordion multiple times. So, yes, it will copy also code

    So, instead of doing this, duplicate accordion items

    Or use Advanced Accordion block
